1) Are all items always in-stock?
Yes, all items are in-stock.
2) How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders usually will be processed with 3-5 working days from the date of payment. Unless the item(s) is out of stock.
3) Can i request for self-collection?
Yes, we can meet up at NEX Serangoon only if you have purchased 3 items and above.
Special delivery to your home will be provided too if you have purchased 12 items and above.
4) How is the quality of the products?
We fly overseas and choose the latest fashion as well as try our best to ensure of the optimum quality of the products. 95% of our buyers place their subsequent orders after their first order(s).
5) How much is the postage?
Normal Postage Charges:
1-2 items - $1.50
3-4 items - $2.50
5-12 items - $3.35
12 items and above - FREE
Registered mail - just add $2.25 to your normal mail
6) What is your Return Policy?
If the product is found to be in default (Not the right size /colour), take a photo and email it to us. If you can return it to us within 7 days, you may exchange for another product costing the same amount or do a top-up for something else you might want to change to. You need to bear all the postage fees.
